Hiring the Village Hall
Hold your event at Barkway Village Hall
The Village Hall is a flexible and versatile venue, ideal for many kinds of events with seating for 120 people.
- Parking
Barkway Village Hall has two car parks, one immediately outside the Hall, the other on the opposite side of Cambridge Road. If the car parks are full, some street parking is available but we ask users to be careful not to block the footpath.
- Alcohol licence
The Hall has a special licence which allows the sale of alcohol under the supervision of the management committee. You may sell alcohol at your event but only with the prior permission of the Committee. - Kitchen
The Hall has a good sized fully equipped commercial kitchen with a convenient serving hatch into the main hall. - Sound system
You may use the sound system, which is ideal for parties, speeches, quizzes, amateur dramatics or any other purposes. A small sound mixer is kept at the Hall along with instructions as to how to use the system. - Screen and projector
You may use the screen and projector with permission.
