User guides for Barkway Village Hall
We provide hand soap and paper hand towels in the toilets.
Please bring your own washing up liquid, tea towels, cloths and sponges for the kitchen and bar, if you want them.
The room marked "Store 2" in the floor plan below is where you'll find 126 chairs and 20 tables for you to arrange as you see fit.
Here's some instructions (manufacturer's manuals at the bottom of the page):
Operating the dishwasher - it's not like the dishwasher at home and uses it's own specialised detergents.
Operating the BVH AV cabinet - How to operate the AV equipment to show a film or play music.
Using BVH Stage Sound system - Use a microphone and play audio or video from the stage via Bluetooth or HDMI.
Pairing a Bluetooth device to the surround speakers in the hall is covered on page 71 of the manual.
Playing music on the AV system from a USB stick is covered on page 66 of the manual - this is the most reliable method.
Parking at Barkway Village Hall - marked in blue.
